Fairly clean place with lovely view of the ocean. Reasonably priced and nice hot breakfast to start the day, appetising food. Great and handy location on the ocean, good pool. And really close to centre, restaurants and beaches as well as restaurants shops. Great choice for weekend.

The hotel offered a continental breakfast. The venue was set in a central area next to the eateries and the Australia Day Celebration, the beach and marina as well as the very beautiful Mandurah foreshore and the park and ice-cream. Easily reached Spicey Pan, located at walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The room was a nice size and we had access to a clean pool. The breakfast was great value for money for what was on offer, with pieces of fruit roast, fresh coffee and muffins...

Well, the area was quite dirty overall.

the location was beautiful for me as it was close enough to the city centre or the dolphin marina, many attractions, and all shops.

Well priced and lovely old hotel that has outstandingly accommodating staff from assisting in drinks. The rooms are newly renovated and functional with bedrooms, 2 single beds plus books. The venue offers marvellous location to everything you need to see in Mandurah. The bets part that it's near shops and the foreshore and cafes, restaurants, beach and the cinema.

Great value for money and generous breakfast with muffins, tomatoes, juice at the bar. Competent staff and magnificent and absolutely perfect location next to restaurants and bars.

We enjoyed it and did not want to leave. The hotel is well-maintained with professional employees in their customer service.

The indoor pool was a great feature, especially for the kids. It was warm and had a separate kiddie pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The rooms were not well-maintained or cleaned. We had to empty the bins and clean the room ourselves, which was unexpected for a hotel stay.

The "gymnasium" ha ha. Felt the whole complex felt tied & old. Over priced.

I loved a nice size and brand-new room with ocean views. The hotel was located in the middle of the city. Had lunch/dinner at Cicerello's, which I found around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped, and it had a great balcony, a storage, and air conditioning that were useful. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large.

Loved the location, just a short walk to the town and Quay areas. The poolside bar was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and facilities. Overall I recommend this hotel for its location and relaxing atmosphere.
